Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The product must be in original packaging
- The item must not be damaged or opened
Products such as perfumes, oils, and personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Description of the issue
- Order number
- Product photos
